Got to say he has just said what I have been saying at the work that it was a natural reaction and it was down to the ref or linesman to call no player would put there hands up to that and lose the chance to go to the world cup

he was asked his opinion and gave an honest answer, i don't see how poorly his team is doing has got anything to do with his opinion. BTW Roy Keane was 100% correct to walk out, it was shambolic preparation for an irish team before a world cup. He expects prefection and he wasn't going to play in the world cup that year......he was going to win it. You may call him deluded for that but he is a winner and went on to the pitch to win every game. Plus even with shambolic preparation they still managed a quarter final spot only to be beaten on penaltys, with better preparations they could easily have reached semi or even the final. That was the year a shite germany team reached the final and even worse south korea team reached the semi's.

he said a lot more than that about the preparations bigjie and you know it. You only have to look at the training cow field there were supposed to train on. It does look like he won't be as good a manager as he was a player. I think keane's prefection mentality would be more suited in an assistant's role than manager's.

for a manager of a team who are at the foot of their respective table telling international defenders how to defend the six yard box ...................feck me.

his overall interview is targeted at the FAI , still some shit NOT going under the bridge there.

btw , he is a man living on a knife-edge going by those videos , time to walk out again for the sake of his health and his family.
